Job description :

• As a Construction Estimator, you will be a vital member of the pre-construction team, contributing to the planning and budgeting process of our projects.
• Your main responsibility will be to prepare both preliminary budget forecasts and detailed cost estimates, primarily based on conceptual or preliminary design drawings, which may lack detailed specifications.
• You will focus on estimating commercial remodeling and high-end residential renovation and alteration projects, not just new builds.
• Drawing on your project management experience and a deep understanding of the unique challenges in remodeling / renovation work, you will ensure accuracy, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness in the estimation process, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver reliable and precise solutions.
