About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Media Buyer with proven expertise in Out-of-Home
(OOH) and In-App Advertising. The ideal candidate will have strong connections with media owners, publishers, and ad networks across India, and a track record of executing impactful, cost-effective media campaigns for brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, negotiate, and purchase media inventory across OOH (billboards, transit, digital screens) and mobile / in-app advertising platforms.
- Build and maintain relationships with media owners, outdoor vendors, and mobile ad networks.
- Evaluate and analyze audience data, reach, impressions, and ROl to ensure campaigns meet performance objectives.
- Develop and execute media strategies aligned with client goals, brand objectives, and budgets.
- Track, optimize, and report on media campaign performance using data-driven insights.
- Stay up to date with new media channels, advertising technologies, and pricing trends.
- Collaborate closely with the creative, digital, and sales teams to deliver 360° brand campaigns.
- Ensure timely billing, vendor coordination, and media delivery compliance.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience : Minimum 3-5 years of experience in media buying / selling, preferably in OOH or digital / in-app media.Strong network with media owners, publishers, and vendors in major Indian cities.Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret campaign performance metrics.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and media planning tools.Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Advertising, or a related field.MBA / PGDM in Marketing preferred but not mandatory.Compensation
