Bms Engineer / HVAC Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Responsible for end-to-end deployment of hardware and ensuring deployments are completed on time and within budget.
• Support the onsite team during installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting processes.
• Select hardware for building automation such as valves, actuators, sensors, switches, etc.
• Experience handling a BMS with Fire Alarm System, Access Control System, CCTV System, and their integration.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, motors, pumps, chiller plants, air handling units, and BMS energy efficiency methodology.
• Handle electrical INFRA projects (preferably commercial / office / IT campuses / hotels / hospitals) involving end-to-end work from design to completion.
• Prepare or review budget, BOQ, and SOW for capex and opex activities.
• Conduct feasibility studies and trials of new concepts, techniques, products, or technologies.
• Monitor a team of electricians, senior electricians, and junior engineers at the installation site.
• Arrange manpower to complete minor work at the site as per requirements.
