Job descriptionLead all component engineering activities independently. Strong knowledge of electrical & electronic components , applications, and specifications. Review component functionality, evaluate alternates, and approve new parts. Build and maintain commodity roadmaps for key component categories. Manage new part creation , APL / AVL, and alternate part qualification. Handle full documentation : BOMs, assembly drawings, schematics, wiring diagrams . Conduct obsolescence forecasting , risk analysis & mitigation. Ensure RoHS / REACH and material compliance for all components. Work with suppliers, R&D teams, and global engineering stakeholders.

- Strong technical depth and analytical ability.
- Ability to mentor and guide junior component engineers.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Experience in electronics, EMS, semiconductor, or engineering service environments.
Education
Masters in Technology (M.Tech / M.E), Bachelor Of Technology (B.Tech / B.E)
