We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Service Management to join our Centre of Excellence team. The ideal candidate will focus on run and maintain activities in our SAP Service Desk, ensuring the smooth operation and continuous improvement of our systems. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP tools, the ability to analyse complex topics, and the capability to mobilize resources across various domains as needed. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering solutions based on agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).?
