Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Systems Monitoring Specialist to join our 24 / 7 operations team. This role involves continuous monitoring of system alerts and dashboards, identifying and escalating issues promptly, and logging incidents accurately in the ticketing system.
- Monitor system alerts and dashboards continuously during shifts.
- Identify and differentiate between warnings and critical issues.
- Escalate alerts promptly to technical or operations teams.
- Log incidents accurately in the ticketing system.
- Hand over ongoing issues clearly to the next shift.
- Follow established monitoring and escalation procedures without deviation.

Strong attention to detail and ability to stay focused during monitoring periods.Basic understanding of IT systems, applications, and infrastructure.Good communication skills for clear and concise escalation.Willingness to work in a 24 / 7 rotating shift pattern (including nights, weekends, holidays).Nice to Have :
Experience in a monitoring, NOC, or helpdesk environment.Familiarity with tools like Zabbix, Grafana, Nagios, Splunk, or similar.Exposure to ticketing systems (e.g. Jira).About the Role :
