Role Overview We are looking for a Smart, Articulate, Detail-Oriented Client Relationship & Operations Executive who can confidently represent the company, manage client needs, and coordinate seamlessly with suppliers across Europe, India, and China.

Client Relationship Management - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and timely updates.

• Understand client requirements, preferences, and design sensitivities.
• Represent Altossa professionally in meetings, presentations, and client calls.
• Capture client briefs accurately and relay them to internal and external teams.

Supplier Coordination (Europe, India, China) - Daily coordination with international suppliers and factories for updates, quotations, timelines, production status, and logistics.

Operational & Project Support - Coordinate with the design team for drawings, BOQs, presentations, and approvals.

Documentation & Productivity Tools - Strong command over PowerPoint, Excel, Word and ability to create polished presentations.

Travel Coordination & Itinerary Planning - Plan international and domestic travel itineraries with cost-efficiency.

Industry & Technical Understanding - Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, furniture measurements, and interior proportions.

Social Media & AI Assistance - Assist with Instagram, LinkedIn, and brand content.

Key Skills & Attributes Required - Excellent English communication — written & verbal.
