HashEngage is a strategic marketing consulting firm that partners with tech and IT services companies to build strong brands, demand generation programs, and high performing marketing engines. We provide Fractional CMO leadership along with an extended network of specialist freelancers for content, design, digital campaigns, and research. The coordinator will play an important role in ensuring smooth project execution, client communication, and operational excellence across all engagements.

Key Responsibilities

Client coordination : Scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, maintaining action trackers, sending follow ups.

Working with freelancers : Sharing briefs, collecting updates, ensuring deadlines are met.

Content and publishing support : Formatting and posting approved content on LinkedIn or other channels.

Project organization : Maintaining folders, files, calendars, and weekly status updates.

Reporting : Preparing simple documents or decks based on guidance.

Research and task management : Gathering basic information, organizing data, and keeping projects moving.

Who will succeed in this role

Someone with one to three years of experience in roles like coordination, operations, executive assistance, marketing support, client servicing, or project coordination.

Someone who is comfortable working independently and communicating clearly.

Someone who enjoys organization and structure.

Someone with strong written English and attention to detail.

Someone who is comfortable using Google Docs, Sheets, Drive, simple presentation tools, and platforms like Notion or Canva.

Qualifications

One to three years of professional work experience.

Strong written English.

Comfortable with remote work and daily communication.

Ability to manage multiple follow ups and deadlines.

Basic understanding of marketing terms is helpful but not mandatory.

Work Schedule

Two to three hours per day.

Five days a week.

Mostly flexible timing except for pre decided meetings.
