Job Title : Sales Operations Support Analyst
Work Location : Vadodara Office
Shift Time : 5.30 pm IST to 2.30 am (IST) - 5 days a week

This position will report to the Sales Ops Finance Manager and be responsible for supporting strategic and tactical business operations related to sales and account management. Follows sales processes related to booking sales including pricing support and sales lead management. Duties include, but are not limited to pricing approvals, opportunity management, lead tracking, and other sales activities as determined by the organization.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage Sales Ops Opportunity Queue, review opportunities and submit for booking in Salesforce
- Update contract database by reviewing contract and extracting key data to enter into Salesforce database.
- Attach SOW’s / MSA’s / SSA’s to the account level and Legal Hub
- Manage the Sales Ops inbox; answer and assign emails accordingly
- Answer Sales / Support calls through Webex soft phone and direct accordingly
- Manage Sales Ops Lead Queue by reassigning leads accordingly based on territory plan
- Create new leads received through email, voicemail or employee referral
- Upload lead lists as necessary into Salesforce with territory assignments
- Assist sales reps building quotes and generating SOW / SSA’s

Strong Communication and presentation skillsStrong business and financial acumenBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field;Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint power userExperience in SalesforcePowerBI a plus2-3 years of experience in internation sales operations, sales strategy, business analysis, or similar rolesFamiliarity with sales processes and funnel metricsExposure to working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and finance
