Position Overview :

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our finance team. In this role, you will manage the full cycle of accounts receivable activities, ensuring accurate invoicing and timely collection of payments. Your efforts will be crucial in maintaining positive customer relationships and ensuring the financial stability of the company.

Key Responsibilities :

• Generate and send invoices to customers in a timely manner.
• Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Handle customer inquiries regarding billing and payment issues.
• Record and reconcile payments received against outstanding invoices.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports related to accounts receivable.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer account accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
