Social Media Marketing Specialist

Role Description

The Social Media Marketing Specialist will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the organization's social media strategy to enhance online presence and engagement. They will plan, create, and post social media content, monitor campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and collaborate with other team members to ensure the brand message is consistent. Additional tasks include staying updated on trends and industry developments to optimize digital marketing strategies. This is a full-time on-site position based in Manesar.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and experience in Social Media Content Creation
• Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing and Marketing strategies
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work collaboratively, think creatively, and provide innovative marketing solutions
• Proficiency in analytics tools and understanding of algorithms and trends on diverse platforms
• Experience with content management systems and basic design tools is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field
