Supporting ITSO on day-to-day basis in the following areas :
Incident Management
Filling in outage reports
Participate in Major Incident Management Reviews (alongside with SRE Team Proactive engagement with the engineering teams to plan and schedule
Infrastructure patch related activities within the sprint execution.
Ensure there is clear communication and act as a liaison between all involved
parties for a smooth rollout of infrastructure changes while ensuring service stability. Capacity Management reviews and onboarding to necessary tools
Ensure there is proactive alerting in place to alert any capacity related issues. In case of any additional capacity requirements, ITSO / Delegate will discuss Provide guideline and direction to project delivery team making sure the
correct direction, raising necessary requests, providing correct information,
and understanding the lead time for project planning.
Review and assist project delivery team in planning and progressing the
governance activities.
Establishing the entire governance setup such as EIM, PLADA, ITSA, EHC, Cyber
Assessment, GiAM onboarding, Datavisa, etc. when there is new IT service
