So, what’s the role all about?

NICE Actimize is the global leader in Enterprise Financial Crime Solutions, and we’re looking for a Solution Architect to join our growing Professional Services team in Pune, supporting the North America region. This is a high-impact role where you’ll lead solution design efforts, interface with clients, and shape the architecture of our cutting-edge financial crime platforms. If you’re passionate about solving complex problems, influencing technology strategy, and working in a dynamic, customer-facing environment—this is your chance to make a mark.

How will you make an impact?

• Establish technical credibility with clients and internal stakeholders
• Lead architecture and design across multiple concurrent projects
• Extend NICE Actimize’s proprietary software to solve complex business challenges
• Present and implement Actimize solutions in post-sales engagements
• Collaborate with product management to define new features
• Create architecture documents, best practices, and reusable tools
• Guide project teams from planning through production deployment
• Support presales efforts including solution design and RFI / RFP responses
• Work closely with customer IT and business teams to ensure successful delivery
