Role Description

You will be instrumental in driving the growth of Zariyaa’s B2B wellness products. Your primary responsibility will be to increase sales and expand our reach to corporate / Institutional clients. You will develop and execute strategic sales plans that align with our vision of igniting happiness and creating a happier workplace.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Strategic Sales Planning : Develop and implement effective sales strategies to grow the reach of our B2B wellness products. Build and grow B2B partnerships with corporates, colleges, hospitals, wellness resorts, and government bodies.
  • Client Acquisition and Relationship Management : Identify, engage, and build strong relationships with B2B clients. Present Zariyaa's wellness offerings in a compelling manner that aligns with their organisational goals.
  • Drive End-to-end sales cycle : Lead generation → Pitching → Negotiation → Closure → Handover to Customer Success / Operations
  • Market Expansion : Expand our market presence by reaching out to new corporate / Institutional clients and exploring untapped markets.
  • Team Leadership : Lead and mentor the Business Development team, promoting a culture of excellence, collaboration, empathy, happiness, and continuous improvement.
  • Brand Alignment : Ensure all sales initiatives align with Zariyaa’s vision of transforming lives through powerful healing tools backed by modern science and ancient wisdom.
  • Performance Tracking : Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimise sales strategies.

Who we are Looking for :

  • 4–7 years of experience in B2B sales, corporate partnerships, or institutional business development.
  • Has closed deals with CXOs, HR heads, Admin heads, College Decision makers, or Hospitality Managers.
  • Strong consultative selling skills — understands client needs deeply and positions solutions accordingly.
  • Excellent networking ability and relationship-building skills.
  • Driven by targets, but equally motivated by creating meaningful client experiences.
  • Comfortable with travel and in-person pitching.
  • Preferred - Strong understanding of wellness products and the corporate wellness market.
  • Passionate about wellness and committed to Zariyaa’s vision of igniting happiness and creating a happier world.
