Role Description

The Performance - Delivery Manager will oversee performance campaign (CPI, CPR, CPA, CPS) delivery, optimization, and performance tracking for digital marketing initiatives. This full-time, remote job requires the candidate to manage campaign budgets, collaborate with teams, track KPIs, and ensure client satisfaction. Responsibilities also include analyzing data to improve strategies, addressing technical issues, and maintaining strong communication with stakeholders.

Need to onboard new Chinese publishers / Networks / Affiliates

Need to onboard in-app sources / partners for campaign delivery.

Should have better understanding of MMP platform (Appsflyer, Ajudst, Branch, Singular etc) and tracking platform eg- Offer18

Media buyer experience on DSP platform will be plus point.

Billing and Validation closing with the publisher.

Media plan and campaign delivery plan as per budget allocated.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including Performance marketing, and all the terms of CPI, CPC, CPR, CPA, CPS offers
• Experience in campaign delivery management, optimisation, and budget tracking
• Data analysis and KPI monitoring skills for performance evaluation
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and resolve delivery challenges
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
• Flexibility to work on-site and collaborate with teams effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field
