Role Overview :

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic professional to join us as an Associate – Campus Engagement & Sales. In this role, you will be responsible for onboarding, activating, and engaging campus ambassadors while guiding them to achieve business targets. The position demands strong relationship-building skills, sales acumen, and the ability to design engagement strategies that drive performance.

Key Responsibilities :

• Build and maintain strong relationships with campus ambassadors, serving as the single point of contact for queries and consistent engagement.
• Conduct field visits to colleges in assigned locations for onboarding new ambassadors, ensuring timely activation and performance alignment.
• Regularly connect with onboarded leads via calls to activate, engage, and support them in the program.
• Guide campus ambassadors with effective sales strategies to ensure achievement of monthly business targets.
• Monitor and analyze ambassador engagement and performance data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Assist in designing and executing engagement initiatives to enhance the overall impact and effectiveness of the Campus Ambassador Program.
