About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SAP Identity Management (IDM) Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions using SAP IDM. This role involves automation of user provisioning, integration with SAP and non-SAP systems, and ensuring compliance with security standards.

You will work closely with IT and security teams to support user lifecycle management and maintain a secure, efficient identity infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and customize SAP IDM components including Identity Center, UI, and provisioning framework.
• Build custom UI tasks, reports, and schedule jobs to perform bulk user and role management activities.
• Design and implement identity management workflows and provisioning processes.
• Develop custom connectors and integration scenarios for SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Integrate SAP IDM with SAP ECC, S / 4HANA, SAP GRC, and third-party applications.
• Implement and maintain connectors for Active Directory, LDAP, databases, and cloud services.
• Automate user provisioning, de-provisioning, and role assignments.
• Manage identity data synchronization across systems.
• Troubleshoot IDM workflows, logs, and integration issues.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and audit requirements.
