Role Description :

This is a full-time on-site position located in Saidabad for the Fresher role. The successful candidate will assist in daily tasks related to healthcare management, billing, and administrative processes. Responsibilities include data entry, handling patient records, coordinating with different teams, and learning the intricacies of revenue cycle management under the guidance of experienced professionals. As a fresher, continuous learning and on-the-job training will be an integral part of your role.

Qualifications :

• Strong organizational, data entry, and administrative skills to handle patient records and related tasks efficiently
• Basic knowledge or familiarity with healthcare management, billing processes, and professional conduct in the healthcare setting
• Proficient communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with teams and patients effectively
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling sensitive information
• Proficiency with computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and other relevant tools
• Diploma, bachelor's degree, or relevant certification in healthcare, business administration, or a related field is advantageous
