🚀 We’re Hiring : Epic MyChart Support Specialist | Hyderabad (On-site)

We’re looking for an Epic MyChart Support Specialist to join our growing team at Interscripts Software Pvt. Ltd.

📌 Position : Epic MyChart Support Specialist

🧭 Location : Hyderabad, India

💼 Experience : Minimum 1 year of relevant experience

📅 Availability : Immediate joiner (within 4–5 days)

🔍 Role Overview :

As a MyChart Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for patients and clinical staff using the Epic MyChart portal. You’ll provide high-quality technical and functional support, ensuring a smooth, secure, and positive user experience.

✨ Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide first-level support for MyChart-related issues (login, access, functionality, etc.)
  • Respond to patient and staff inquiries via phone, email, and ticketing systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with empathy and accuracy
  • Maintain comprehensive records of support interactions and resolutions
  • Collaborate with clinical and IT teams to enhance user satisfaction
  • Develop and update user documentation and FAQs

🎓 Required Qualifications :

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support, US healthcare, or customer service
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with ticketing / documentation tools
  • Basic understanding of EHR systems (Epic experience preferred)
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities
  • Bachelor’s or Associate degree preferred
  • 💡 Preferred Qualifications :

  • Prior experience supporting Epic MyChart
  • Knowledge of US healthcare workflows and HIPAA compliance
  • Strong multitasking, time management, and customer service skills
