GTME Responsibilities :
As a GTME, your responsibilities include :
Brainstorming & crafting outbound campaigns that bring in quality B2B meetings for our clients.
Managing and improving the cold email sending infrastructure used for sending cold emails
Managing replies from the outbound campaigns and converting them into B2B meetings.
Meeting the weekly KPI targets.
Overall performance of the client’s campaigns.

Morning Sync Calls
Campaign performance review
Brainstorming ICPs and Buyer personas
Brainstorming different messaging angles for the email copies.
Client Communication for setting up meetings
Setting up email Infrastructure & managing it for clients
Creating Email Outreach Campaigns and Optimizing them.
Replying and Booking calls for the clients by replying to the interested Leads.

Compensation :
Base Salary : 2.4 LPA INR
