Lead UX / UI Designer

6+ years of visual design and UX experience / / 3+ years designing enterprise applications / / At least 2 years of leading a design team / / Figma, Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Sketch or similar tools / / HTML, CSS

You will be a key member of the product team, responsible for shaping data products. You will have the opportunity to work with the C-level staff, business stakeholders, product managers, and engineering teams to define the next-generation customer data management and marketing software.

Responsibilities

• Lead and define the user experience across all of our products and business mediums.
• Work with the product owner and scrum master to understand requirements, and creatively develop the product strategy and vision.
• Develop information architecture, wireframes, and visual designs that are very contemporary and functional.
• Take ownership of the company design language, continuously refine it to stay contemporary and cutting-edge.
• Help maintain visual and brand consistency between all products and outlets.
