Supervisor Beauty Advisor

Job Description :

Supervise and guide beauty advisors to ensure excellent customer service and product knowledge.

Monitor daily sales performance and motivate the team to achieve targets.

Conduct regular product training and grooming sessions for team members.

Manage store displays stock levels and visual merchandising standards.

Handle customer escalations and ensure quick satisfactory resolutions.

Coordinate with brand and store management for promotions and events.

Prepare performance reports and provide feedback to improve efficiency.

Maintain brand image and ensure adherence to company policies and standards
