About this role

This role is critical to driving finance process improvement across Data & Analytics and Risk Intelligence divisional Finance controllership team, Revenue assurance and Sales Assurance teams and adjacent functions. The role will work with Finance process improvement lead and support in strategic initiatives including process simplification, standardization and automation, analytics-driven improvements, SOP governance and

cross-functional change management. Such as SAM Finance, Order Ma

nagement Systems, Billing, Reporting & Analytics, FP&A, and Controllership to ensure seamless process integration and data consistency

Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities :

• Champion Process Excellence : Lead initiatives to embed a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence across the Data & Analytics and Risk Intelligence Finance teams.
• Strategic Collaboration : Partner with Finance Process Improvement Lead, divisional controllership, Revenue Assurance, and Sales Assurance teams to :

o Identify and address process inefficiencies and control gaps.

o Recommend and implement corrective actions and innovative solutions.

o Ensure timely execution of improvement initiatives with measurable outcomes.
