Project Management (Laboratory & MEP)
- Understanding customer requirements about the Laboratory projects.
- Preparing detailed project plan and coordinating with all team members.
- Ensuring on-time performance in projects.
- Locating and appointing suitable vendors for projects related to MEP Services.
Business parameters
Coordinating with Client / Consultants / Design Team regarding Design solutions.Setting and monitoring different parameters like cash flows, profit margins to make informed decisions.Process Compliance
Delivering desired quality standards in performance.Complying to statutory and ISO requirements as per norms.Working capital management
Maintaining working capital for projects and managing outstanding within norms.Negotiating suitable terms with vendors for the project and verifying vendors' work / bills.Engineering & Technical support
Preparing Technical Submittals and getting customer approval.Competencies Required :
