Job descriptionMentorship and Guidance : Provide one-on-one mentorship to students, helping them understand complex subjects. Feedback and Assessment : Evaluate student progress through assessments, provide constructive feedback, and suggest areas for improvement. Community Engagement : Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages students to participate in discussions and collaborative projects. Continuous Improvement : Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in web development, and integrate this knowledge into the curriculum. Educational Background : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Problem-solving skills : Excellent problem-solving skills with a deep understanding of data structures and algorithms. Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and relatable manner.
