Technical Trainer

We’re hiring a passionate ✨ TECHNICAL TRAINER ✨ to lead classroom training for our DA Consultant Training Program in Chennai.

If you have strong hands‑on experience in automation and programming technologies and enjoy mentoring tech professionals, we’d love to hear from you.

Highlights of the role ✨

Deliver structured classroom training, hands‑on labs, and assessments for DA consultants

Design and continuously update curriculum to reflect current industry practices

Provide guidance, feedback, and mentorship to trainees throughout the program

Collaborate with internal teams to align training with project needs

Preferred skills & experience

✨ 8+ years overall IT experience

✨ 6+ years in Core Java / Python

✨ 3+ years in Selenium and 3+ years in API testing (Rest Assured / Postman)

✨ 2+ years in Playwright (nice to have)

✨ 4+ years in SQL

✨ Experience with C#

✨ Prior corporate / technical training experience is a plus

✨ Strong communication, presentation, and mentoring skills
