Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President - Global Capability Centres Advisory Consultant

We anticipate hiring a breadth of GCC Advisory capabilities - reflecting our clients' requirements for support. these candidates would be expected to be able provide practical advice - both advising clients on best practices, and implementing and running those practices where required.

Responsibilities :

• .To bring industry knowledge, world-class consulting capabilities, innovation and ground-breaking technology to our clients for Global Capability Centers and Global Business Services organisations
• .Execute projects to deliver outcomes for clients across the lifecycle of their GBS / GCC projects - from strategy & design, build and transition, operate and transform and (in the case of BOTT models) Transfer back to the client.
• .Contribute to the development of thought leadership and points of view, to promote the capabilities and positioning that Genpact seek to build in this market
• .Support development of the GBS / GCC advisory practice - including identifying, attracting and developing new talent.
• .Advise clients on, and lead projects in, the full lifecycle of GCC / GBS projects, from strategy and design to build, operate, transform, and transfer (BOTT).
• .Deliver consulting engagements that drive transformation, operational excellence, and innovation for global enterprises.
• .Develop thought leadership, market insights, and points of view to position the advisory practice as a leader in the GCC space.
• .Support practice development by identifying, attracting, and mentoring new talent within the advisory team.
• .Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, internal teams, and external partners to ensure successful project outcomes.
