JOB LOCATION :

  • Pune, Maharashtra

JOB DESCRIPTION :

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our cybersecurity sales team focused on Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT) and Security Operations solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling cybersecurity or network firewall solutions, paired with an MBA from a reputed institution. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, deep product knowledge, and the ability to drive sales growth in a competitive landscape.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Identify, engage, and qualify new business opportunities within the cybersecurity and network security domains, focusing on VAPT and Security Operations.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering consultative sales engagements that align solutions to customer cybersecurity needs.
  • Collaborate closely with technical teams to understand client requirements and provide tailored cybersecurity solutions.
  • Present product demonstrations, proposals, and ROI analyses to C-level executives and decision-makers.
  • Keep abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and competitive landscape in cybersecurity and related fields.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
  • Attend industry conferences, webinars, and networking events to build brand awareness and generate leads.

    • MINIMUM QUALIFICATION :

  • MBA from a reputed college or university.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience selling cybersecurity solutions, VAPT services, or network firewall products.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B technology environment.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, including vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, threat detection, and security operations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics software.

    • DESIRED SKILLS :

  • Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and compliance standards.
  • Familiarity with Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) systems.
  • Technical aptitude to effectively communicate with security engineers and IT professionals.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and customer-centric approach.
