Job Summary :
We are looking for a Workday Functional Consultant with 4 to 12 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must hold an active Workday certification and have successfully participated in at least two Workday Skills :
- Must have active Workday Certification
- Workday Implementation experience of at least two and experiences required :
- 3 to 6 years of experience in Workday Core HCM, Security, Core & Advance Compensation, Talent & Performance Management, Recruiting, Reporting, Prism Analytics, Payroll, Benefits, Learning, Absence Management & Time Tracking.
- Experience in HR processes and should have worked on two or more projects in a functional capacity on above mentioned modules.
- Understanding of any industry would be a plus
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Exposure to Workday Reporting and Prism Analytics is a plus.
Key Responsibilities :
Act as a Workday subject matter expert across one or more modules including HCM, Compensation, Recruiting, Absence, Time Tracking, etc.Lead or support Workday implementations (at least two full lifecycle implementations).Work with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.Configure Workday modules as per business requirements and industry best practices.Conduct unit testing, support user acceptance testing (UAT), and assist in go-live activities.Provide post-implementation support and ongoing enhancements.Collaborate with technical teams, HR, and business users to ensure effective Workday utilization.Prepare documentation including functional specifications, user guides, and training materials.Analyze current HR processes and recommend improvements using Workday capabilities.Support Workday reporting and analytics using Prism and native Workday reports.(ref : hirist.tech)
