💠 About the Role

We are looking for a Business Analyst with solid experience in requirement gathering, functional analysis, and stakeholder management within the Cards & Payments domain.

This role offers the opportunity to work on innovative payment solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the success of key financial products and services.

🔻 Key Responsibilities

🔸 Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories.

🔸 Work closely with product owners, business stakeholders, and technical teams to translate requirements into clear functional solutions.

🔸 Conduct gap analysis and process mapping to identify business opportunities and system enhancements.

🔸 Support UAT planning and execution, ensuring business needs are met.

Collaborate with QA and development teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.

🔸 Stay updated with industry trends, payment schemes, and card networks (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, etc.).

💠 Required Skills & Experience

🔸 10–14 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Card Payments domain.

🔸 Strong understanding of Cards (Credit / Debit / Prepaid) and Payment Systems (Switching, Authorization, Settlement, Disputes).

🔸 Proven experience in requirement elicitation, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
