- We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Associate Manager/Deputy Manager to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, with the ability to implement effective strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide insights on market trends.
- Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to source candidates and maintain an active pipeline.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and cultural fit within the organization.
- Maintain recruitment metrics and reports to assess the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.
- Skills and Qualifications
- 4-9 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong analytical skills to assess candidate profiles and recruitment metrics.
