Role Description

• Learn to assess clients’ fitness, health, HR, and HRV data to create heart-rate zone–based training plans.
• Conduct goal-setting sessions and progress reviews with clients.
• Coordinate with clients’ support teams to ensure consistency and results.
• Collaborate on building App-based programs that redefine how people train.
• Stay ahead of trends in cardiovascular fitness, tech-driven training, and coaching methods.
• Handle admin tasks and occasionally travel for company programs or corporate events.
