Job descriptionIndustry certifications preferred : AWS / Azure Associate / Professional, RHCE, CCNA / CCNP, ITIL. Infrastructure & Systems : Strong Linux & Windows administration, VMware / ESXi, Active Directory, patching. Networking : LAN / WAN, VPN, firewalls (Sophos, Fortinet), load balancers. Cloud Platforms : Hands-on with AWS & Azure — provisioning, monitoring, backup / DR. Automation & Scripting : Python, Bash, or PowerShell for IT task automation. Security & Compliance : Exposure to ISO 27001 : 2022, SOC2, GDPR standards. Monitoring & Tools : Ticketing systems (Jira / ITDesk), SIEM / log servers (Splunk, ELK, Wazuh), asset management. Soft Skills : Strong problem-solving, documentation, and cross-team collaboration. Opportunity to work on a large-scale enterprise solution building. Will get exposure to the latest aspects of security, AI / ML, Business Domain, and data analytics.
Job purpose :
Support the planning, implementation, and maintenance of the organization’s IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, and efficiency of systems and networks.
Who you are :
- Provide L2 / L3 technical support for end users (hardware, OS, applications, network basics).
- Manage Windows, Linux, and server troubleshooting.
- Handle user onboarding / offboarding, access management, and asset tracking.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware, networking, and system issues.
- Monitor system health, backups, and security compliance.
- Support virtualization, basic cloud, and security tools where applicable.
- Maintain documentation and follow IT operational standards.
