Requirements :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Power BI Developer to design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and data models that drive actionable insights.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Power BI, data modeling, and DAX, with experience in handling complex datasets. Exposure to the healthcare domain is good to have.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and deploy Power BI dashboards, reports, and datasets for business stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into data models, KPIs, and visualizations.
• Optimize Power BI solutions for performance, scalability, and usability.
• Develop and maintain ETL processes to ensure data quality and consistency.
• Collaborate with data engineers, business analysts, and domain experts to deliver insights.
• Implement row-level security, governance, and compliance in Power BI reports.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers in BI best practices.
• Stay updated on the latest Power BI features and BI industry trends.
