Job descriptionMD / DNB / Diploma in Pediatrics from a recognized institution (MCI / NMC approved). Valid registration with the Medical Council of India or State Medical Council. 0–5 years of experience post-specialization (freshers are welcome to apply). Strong clinical acumen with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate and patient-centric approach to pediatric care. Work with an experienced and caring multidisciplinary team. Exposure to a wide range of pediatric and neonatal cases. Supportive and collaborative work environment. Modern facilities and child-friendly infrastructure. Key Responsibilities
- Provide medical care to newborns, infants, children, and adolescents.
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of pediatric illnesses and developmental conditions.
- Conduct regular health check-ups, growth monitoring, and immunization services.
- Offer guidance to parents on nutrition, safety, and preventive healthcare.
- Manage inpatient and outpatient pediatric cases efficiently.
- Collaborate with nursing staff and other specialists for holistic patient care.
- Maintain accurate and updated medical records as per hospital standards.
- Handle pediatric emergencies and provide timely medical intervention.
- Participate in case reviews, departmental meetings, and hospital initiatives.
