Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Desktop Support Engineer, located in Lucknow with some work-from-home flexibility. The Desktop Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support for desktop computers, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring printer support. Day-to-day tasks include responding to technical queries, maintaining computer hardware, and ensuring efficient operation of IT infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Desktop Computers and Technical Support
• Experience with Printer Support and Troubleshooting
• Knowledge of Computer Hardware
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Strong communication skills and ability to provide remote support
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is a plus
