Excellent analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities Knowledge of current IT trends and emerging technologies. Knowledge of network infrastructure, security, and data protection. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of IT Service Management tools like BMC Helix ITSM Relevant certifications (., ITIL, MCSA, MCSE, AWS Certified) are a plus. Bachelor's or relevant degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
