Job Description – Talent Acquisition
A talent acquisition specialist is responsible for sourcing, attracting,
interviewing, hiring and onboarding employees, all while factoring in the
long-term goals of an organization.
o Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and
candidate selection criteria.
o Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other
professional networks.
o Compile lists of most-suitable candidates by assessing their CVs,
portfolios, and references.
o Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong
candidate pipeline.
o Maintain records of all materials used for recruitment, including
interview notes and related paperwork.
o Conduct walk ins as and when there is a need.
Required skills and qualifications
o 2-3years of experience in a talent acquisition or similar role.
o Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques
and evaluation methods.
o Proficiency with social media, CV databases, and professional
networks.
o Experience in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to proactively source
candidates.
