Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Telesales Executive located in Hyderabad, with some work from home acceptable. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads through outbound calls, providing customer service and support, and closing sales. Day-to-day tasks include contacting potential customers, understanding their needs, recommending products or services, and maintaining accurate records of interactions.

Excellent Communication skills. English and Telegu preferred.
Customer Service and Customer Support skills
Experience in Lead Generation and Sales is a plus.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with customers
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
Ability to adapt to changing sales environments and strategies
Previous experience in a telesales or telemarketing role is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant certifications are a plus
