Responsibilities :

• Develop a comprehensive Learning & Development strategy tailored to the organization’s current and future needs.
• Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) and training need identification (TNI) in collaboration with business stakeholders
• Design and recommend learning interventions aligned with organizational goals and talent development priorities.
• Guide the implementation of L&D programs, including vendor selection, content design, delivery methods, and success metrics.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Support leadership and capability development initiatives.
• Identification and implementation of learning technologies, platforms, LMS, AI Tools and best practices in L&D.
• Partner with key stakeholders to embed a culture of continuous learning and growth.
• Mentor and guide internal teams in L&D planning and execution.
• Skill set gap mapping and training path for HiPo / Critical resources.
