We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Frontend Engineer to join our dynamic team in Chennai. This is a full-time, work-from-office role, and we're looking for individuals who can start immediately or by the second week of Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex, high-performance web applications using modern front-end technologies.

• Mentor and guide a team of front-end engineers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX / UI designers, and backend engineers to define project requirements and deliver seamless user experiences.
• Architect scalable and maintainable front-end systems, ensuring code quality, security, and best practices.
• Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and maintain high standards for all team deliverables.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues, ensuring the stability and reliability of our applications.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement in our development 7-13 years of professional experience in front-end development, with a minimum of 2 years in a technical leadership or lead role.

Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
