Job Title : Applications Administrator

Sikich India is seeking a highly skilled Applications Administrator to support our Oracle HCM and ERP clouds.

The role involves providing technical support, implementing processes, configuring data, maintaining system security, and delivering exceptional internal service.

• Maintain production configurations, including oversight of adherence to formal procedures.
• Provide oversight of Oracle processes in the transaction console.
• Create processing and data reports to meet business requirements.
• Develop and maintain tailored security roles according to job titles and responsibilities.
• Conduct data imports and exports to fulfill authorized business needs.
• Create and manage Oracle service requests for high-level system issues.

Required skills and experience include a Bachelor's degree in IT or related field, five plus years' experience in Oracle ERP and HCM Cloud, strong analytical background, and prior experience creating custom security roles and data conversion within Oracle.

The ideal candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills, a high degree of professionalism, and ability to maintain confidential information. They must be comfortable with virtual platforms and able to adapt to a dynamic business environment.
