Senior Business Analyst- Globant

Job descriptionCollaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements and processes Develop detailed functional specifications, use cases, and other documentation to clearly define business needs and system requirements Work closely with technical teams to ensure that proposed solutions meet business requirements and are technically feasible Facilitate meetings, workshops, and other sessions with stakeholders to elicit business requirements and provide updates on project progress Prioritize new features based on short-term and long-term business goals and technical platform scalability Identify opportunities to improve business processes and recommend technology solutions to support these improvements Assist in testing and quality assurance efforts to ensure that IT solutions meet business requirements and are free of defects Participate in project planning and management activities, including creating project schedules, tracking progress, and communicating project status to stakeholders Provide training and support to end users on new and updated IT systems Exposure to working in Scrum or SAFe environment. Hands on experience with requirements management tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps etc
What we expect of you :
- As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and documenting business processes, requirements, and user needs related to information technology systems.
- You will work closely with stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to ensure the successful delivery of IT solutions that meet business needs and objectives.
- The IT Business Analyst will also identify opportunities to improve business processes and recommend technology solutions to support these improvements.
- Good spoken and written communication skills
- Collaboration with cross functional teams and stakeholders
- Ability to articulate complex concepts in simple and understandable way
- Knowledge of API & Microservices structure
- Ability to work with SQL and run basic queries
- Comfort with Data visualization tools, Power BI, Tableau
- Ability to work with Postman to do basic operations and call
