Role Description

We’re looking for a Lead of Product Design, to lead design vision, strategy, and execution for Lenskart’s global digital ecosystem.

This role is for a design leader who can think at system scale and pixel depth — driving experience innovation across our app, website, and connected retail experiences . You’ll lead a multi-disciplinary design team that builds AI-powered, human-centered experiences — combining insight, craft, and data to create seamless journeys across every touchpoint.

You’ll partner closely with Product, Tech, Growth, and Business teams to make design a strategic advantage for the company.
