About the Role : We are seeking a skilled and experienced Product Designer to create intuitive, data-driven, user-centric digital experiences across our platforms. You will play a key role in shaping the product's overall look, feel, and usability, working closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate ideas into polished interfaces.

Responsibilities

  • Design product's UI / UX from research and ideation to wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience across our platforms
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define design goals, and functional requirements
  • Maintain and evolve product design systems for consistency and scalability
  • Deliver high-quality designs with a focus on accessibility, interaction design, and responsive behavior across devices
  • Conduct UI design reviews of user interfaces and optimize user experience
  • Ensure final designs and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
  • Collaborate within a small team to continuously enhance user experience through iterative design and feedback

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 4+ years of Proven product design experience with a strong portfolio of end-to-end product work (particularly web apps)
  • Experience working with Web3 / Crypto / SaaS / B2B products
  • A full and fluent knowledge of Figma and prototyping tools
  • Strong understanding of design principles, UX research, and usability testing
  • Solid knowledge of responsive and adaptive design for web and mobile platforms
  • Strong visual design sense and attention to detail
  • Ability to meet deadlines while fostering a collaborative, team-oriented work environment
  • Basic understanding of crypto, financial products
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Hands-on experience designing visual assets for product needs.
  • Hands-on experience in motion design
