Position Title : Passive & Data Center Expert

Location : Bangalore(Preferred) or Hyderabad

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Passive Infrastructure and Data Center Expert to design, implement, and manage the physical layer of data center facilities. The role involves expertise in passive infrastructure (cabling, racks, power, cooling, and physical security) as well as experience in end-to-end data center planning, optimization, and operations. The candidate will work closely with IT, Facilities, OEMs, and vendors to ensure high availability, efficiency, and scalability of data center environments.

Key Responsibilities

Passive Infrastructure

• Design, implement, and manage structured cabling systems (fiber optic & copper).
• Plan and oversee installation of racks, patch panels, PDUs, and cable management systems.
• Ensure compliance with TIA / EIA, BICSI, and ISO standards for passive infrastructure.
• Conduct periodic audits and ensure adherence to labeling, documentation, and testing standards.
