Assistant Lead Engineer / Lead Engineer – Data Science
Location : Nagpur (Onsite)
Experience : 4–7 years (Assistant Lead Engineer) | 6–8 years (Lead Engineer)
Compensation : Up to ₹22 LPA (Assistant Lead) | Up to ₹28 LPA (Lead) MAX

Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate technical proficiency in at least one data science domain : Computer Vision / NLP / ML / Forecasting.
- Translate client requirements into actionable project tasks and technical deliverables.
- Lead and guide project teams in designing, developing, and deploying data solutions.
- Provide technical mentorship to team members on tools, algorithms, and best practices.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, model performance benchmarks, and data accuracy.
- Drive innovation and contribute to the creation of new data science solution offerings.
- Identify opportunities for upskilling and promote a culture of learning within the team.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to build strong client relationships and deliver measurable value.
- Stay updated on emerging data science trends and recommend new methodologies or tools.
- Begin developing skills in data engineering, MLOps, product engineering, or cloud platforms.
