Job description

We are looking for a strategic and execution-oriented Revenue Operations Manager with 3-5 years of experience to own the complete Go-to-Market (GTM) operational engine. In this role, you will be responsible for bringing clarity, efficiency, and visibility to our revenue processes by spanning systems, processes, and reporting across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.

Key Functional Areas of Responsibility

  • Lead RevOps Strategy : Drive the overall Revenue Operations strategy across the entire funnelfrom Sales to Customer Success.
  • Own GTM Systems : Manage our GTM systems and tools, including our CRM, automation tools, and reporting platforms.
  • Enhance Funnel Visibility : Improve funnel visibility and reporting by defining, measuring, and ensuring action is taken on the right key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Standardize Processes : Standardize processes across the revenue cycle, including lead qualification, pipeline management, and renewals.
  • Drive Alignment : Partner with functional heads to align on metrics, data definitions, and operational workflows.
  • CRM Governance : Oversee the implementation and governance of CRM best practices and data hygiene.
  • Identify & Implement Improvements : Find gaps and implement automation or process improvements to scale our operations.

  • Professional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience : 3-5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations.
  • Proven Track Record : Proven experience leading end-to-end, cross-functional RevOps initiatives.
  • CRM Expertise : Deep expertise with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.
  • Process Knowledge : Strong knowledge of lead-to-cash processes and funnel metrics.
  • MBA : An MBA is preferred.
  • BI Tool Exposure : Exposure to reporting or BI tools such as Zoho Analytics, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Data Proficiency : Strong command of Excel / Google Sheets.
  • Scalability : Demonstrated ability to design and implement scalable processes and systems.
  • Leadership Partnership : Experience working directly with leadership teams, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
