About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Support Associate who will be the friendly voice of our brand. You will assist customers, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a seamless and positive experience at every touchpoint. If you enjoy helping people, solving problems, and delivering excellent service, this role is perfect for you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and social media.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
  • Assist customers in troubleshooting and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Handle requests, complaints, and concerns professionally and empathetically.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure complete resolution and satisfaction.
  • Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams and coordinate solutions.
  • Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and feedback.
  • Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and improve customer service processes.
  • Identify opportunities to recommend additional products or services based on customer needs.

What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus.
  • Prior experience in customer service or support is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Empathetic, patient, and customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with customer support software, ticketing systems, or CRM tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Flexible to work in shifts or adapt to changing schedules.
