SAP HCM Consultant

Job Description

• 3 to 6 years of experience in SAP HCM with implementation and support experience.
• Strong functional skills in HCM core modules (OM, PA, Time Management, and Payroll) with at least 2 full lifecycle and 1 or more years in support projects.
• Experience in cross-functional integration : Payroll and Time Management integration with FI.
• Knowledge of data migration tools.
• Ability to work with cross-functional and client-facing teams within an onshore / offshore model.
• Documentation skills : Configuration, functional specifications, user manuals, test scripts (Unit, Integration, and UAT processes).
• Ability to understand requirements and create a high-level design of solutions and implement accordingly.
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
• Willingness to travel for assignments based on project needs.
• Must be a strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of S / 4 HANA and H4S4 functionalities add on would be an added advantage.
